TAG Accoyo Zen Master is a perfect mix of two great lines, our 6Peruvian Accoyo Zen Do line and our Pamela line. Zen Master is a standout male bringing some great attributes from both sides of his pedigree. He has a high amplitude, very bright, dense fleece while still maintaining his fineness. In 2011,he sheered 10.3lbs!
Zen Master’s sire is Zen Do. 6Peruvian Accoyo Zen Do is from the very rare Accoyo B-Line bloodline. that has been used with great discretion. We allowed very few outside breedings over the years. We have since lifted that restriction and opened his breedings to your girls! Zen do fleece is as close to merino as you can get. Zen Do was bred for his fleece fineness, extreme density, brightness and uniformity. In 2009, his eleventh sheering, we cut over 12lbs of fleece of of Zen Do! His 1 year histogram had 0.0% fibers over 30 microns! His cria are definitely some of our best and brightest. Zen Do’s dam 6Peruvian Accoyo Zenaida who was imported pregnant in 1998 from Accoyo Ranch, so his sire is unknown.
Zen Master’s Dam is Pamela. Pamela was the result of Scott’s almost one year search for the perfect alpaca to name after his wife, who had passed away. Pamela is a full accoyo female out of P3 White Lightning 6012. White Lightning sired 27 offspring, before he stopped breeding. White Lightning cria are very, very rare.

We are back from our first show of the year, right here in Ridgefield, WA. It was great show with all of the biggest farms on the west coast in attendance. It was great to see some of our friends and what they have been doing this past year. Our alpacas did great in the ring and we can't wait to do in again in a couple of weeks at The Northwest Alpaca Showcase in Pasco, WA.
